Delivery

How much is delivery?
Free, anywhere in Singapore. Express delivery is available at checkout for a flat S$15.

How long will it take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Does someone need to be home?
Yes, for the room purifiers — they are bulky items, and if a redelivery is needed additional charges may apply.

Warranty & returns

Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of delivery on every AIRE air purifier, covering manufacturing defects. Filters and consumables are not covered.

What if it arrives faulty or damaged?
Email marketing@airepurifiers.com.sg within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. After inspection we replace it with the same model, or an equivalent if it is out of stock.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
We are not able to accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the room size guidance below, or email us your room size before ordering and we will tell you which model fits.

Choosing a unit

Which model do I need?
The Fillo Plus (S$380) covers rooms up to 30 m². The Classic 400S (S$850) covers 31 to 54 m². The Plasma Car (S$158) is made for a car cabin or a desk. If your room sits on the boundary, size up — a larger unit on a low speed is quieter than a small one running flat out.

How big is my room, roughly?
An HDB master bedroom is usually under 15 m². A living-dining area in a larger flat is usually 30–45 m². If you're unsure, send us the dimensions and we'll work it out with you.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Unbox it, plug it in, switch it on. The Fillo Plus additionally connects to your home WiFi through the Tuya app.

Can I use one unit for the whole flat?
No purifier cleans air through walls. Put the unit in the room you spend the most time in — usually the bedroom or the living-dining area.

Is it noisy?
The Fillo Plus runs under 53 dB. The Classic 400S has 8 fan speeds, from 30 dB on sleep mode up to 55 dB on turbo. The Plasma Car is under 45 dB.
