We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and pricing are accurate.

However:

colours may vary depending on your screen;
product packaging may change without notice;
specifications may change due to product improvements.

Performance figures (including CADR, filtration efficiency, room coverage and PM2.5 reduction) are based on laboratory or standard testing conditions.

Actual performance depends on room size, ventilation, pollution levels, operating conditions and proper maintenance.

Our products are designed to improve indoor air quality.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes and any applicable fees will be displayed before payment.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Your order is accepted only after:

payment has been successfully processed; and
we send an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

pricing errors;
stock unavailability;
suspected fraud;
payment verification issues;
suspected resale or abuse.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods available at checkout, including payment gateways supported by Shopify.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not store your complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Customers should inspect products upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if any item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, AIRE Purifiers Pte Ltd products include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential or commercial use.

The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear;
consumable items such as filters;
cosmetic damage;
accidental damage;
misuse or abuse;
water or liquid damage;
unauthorised repairs or modifications;
improper installation or use contrary to the product manual.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by AIRE Purifiers Pte Ltd.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a product is believed to be defective, customers should contact us before returning the item.

Returned products will be inspected before determining eligibility for repair, replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

logos
trademarks
product names
photographs
graphics
videos
text
website design

belongs to AIRE Purifiers Pte Ltd or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use
